Non-stop open from Monday 7:30 am until Friday 6:00 pm. We remain closed on official public holidays.

The end-of-year arrangements for late 2024 remain unchanged, with the exception that on December 24th and December 31st, the offices will close at 4:00 pm.

On request: assistance is available from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and also on weekends. Please note that the request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and approved by DTB before the service is performed.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

For operations unrelated to the warehouse, our services are available continuously from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except on Fridays when our services are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We remain closed on official public holidays.
